Volunteer Leadership

On September 16, 2025, members of Stars of Tomorrow Foundation participated as youth volunteer leaders in the 2nd District-Wide “Fighting Hunger” Charity Event, hosted by Lions Clubs International MD4-L2 in Rosemead, California.

The event, supported by the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and California supermarkets, brought together around 200 Lions members and volunteers. With the motto “We Serve”, participants united to distribute food to over 800 families in need, including fresh produce, grains, and other essentials.

Our youth leaders helped organize and guide volunteers, coordinating food distribution and engaging with families. Their role reflected not only a spirit of service, but also the Foundation’s mission to cultivate responsibility and leadership through real-world community action.

This activity also provided an invaluable opportunity for young volunteers to learn from global and local leaders, including Lions Clubs International President Fabricio Oliveira, who traveled from Brazil to encourage participants with this year’s theme: “Leave Your Footprints.”

Through this collaboration, Stars of Tomorrow Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing future leaders who combine compassion with action, ensuring that service to the community is both meaningful and lasting.
