Semester-long Online Astronomy Course

The Stars of Tomorrow Foundation proudly presents a 16-session online astronomy course, created and recorded by our founder, Alex Wei. 

Originally designed as a semester-long program for public middle and high schools in the Los Angeles area that lack access to formal astronomy education, this course aims to bridge the gap for students eager to explore the universe beyond their classroom walls.

Unlike general science outreach or popular science videos, this course offers structured, Olympiad-level training in astronomy and astrophysics, emphasizing both conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

The program has already been authorized for use in nine local schools, where it serves as a valuable academic supplement for students passionate about the stars. Now, by making the full course available on YouTube, we hope to extend its reach—bringing high-quality astronomy education to even more young learners across the world who share the same curiosity and dream.
