In July of 2007, *stars of tomorrow initiator Kai Hill and "KickAIDS" co-founder and *stars of tomorrow coach Rhulani Ngobeni met with Elizabeth Sbongile Moselelane, the municipal councilor of Soshanguve. After inspecting a piece of property in the center of the township, Ms. Moselelane authorized it for a joint construction project. The property already has a primary school on it, and a very simple sand playing field. The municipality will coordinate construction of the main "Kids' Center" and support it wherever possible.

By setting up this type of "Kids' Center" and by expanding the playing field, *stars of tomorrow seeks to create a permanent drop-in center for the district's children as well as for the huge number of street children. Targeted and ongoing supervision of children on-site will increase the efficiency and sustainability of our project.

Construction costs are estimated at 100,000 to 150,000 euros. The local work will be done by the community in Soshanguve together with our head coach Rhulani Ngobeni and our development aid partners Save the Children and CARE. Join us in helping to set up this project!

The *village project is ready to go! Preparations for the Kids' Center are now ready...

Since *stars of tomorrow initiator Kai Hill met with "KickAIDS" co-founder Rhulani Ngobeni and municipal councilor Elizabeth Sbongile Moselelane in Soshanguve in July 2007, the future course is set: Following a long search, *stars of tomorrow now has the ideal location for its *village project.
