Their enthusiasm for the sport causes the children to view their coaches as examples and confidantes. The *stars in Soshanguve love their coaches.

The team led by head coach Rhulani Ngobeni consists of 25 instructors who work in a rotating system to supervise around 500 children directly on-site. Financial support for the coaches is unfortunately limited to a single year, after which new coaches have to be found and trained. The coaches earn 50 euros a month. *stars of tomorrow wants to make sure that team members can have stability and make long-term commitments.

This gives ever more children the chance to have a strong role model as a close acquaintance. Help us keep good coaches on the team, which in turn lets us expand our radius of action!
